Quality
Our central objective is to provide services in integral facility management with a high level of quality and to continuously improve this quality. We achieve this by:

• raising our staff's quality awareness by regular, internal training
• extending our competencies and performance by extending our professional knowledge regularly
• safeguarding and improving our certified management systems through audit processes
• continuously and actively seeking and implementing active options for improving efficiency, effectiveness and quality at all executive levels
• actively promoting knowledge management through our competency forum and making our expert knowledge accessible to all staff in nearly 40 fields

Environment
Our most important objective in the environmental field is ecological sustainability, respectively preventing environmental damage. We achieve this by:

• raising our staff's awareness for the environment by regular, internal training
• encouraging our staff to use the public transportation for commuting to work and business trips whenever possible
• consistently implementing legal requirements in the environmental sector
• pointing out energy optimisation and savings potential to our customers in the scope of contractual fulfilment
• monitoring environmentally-relevant plants and examining their necessity and possible alternatives
• paying attention to an environmentally-conscious approach in our choice of subcontractors; in other words, our staff proactively requires compliance with these environmental policies
• using resources economically, avoiding waste and recycling

Safety at work and health protection
Our most important objective is protecting and safeguarding people. We achieve this by:

• integrating safety at work and health protection into all of our company processes
• consistently observing the legal requirements regarding safety at work and health protection
• determine risk and potential dangers, systematically investigating incidents and their causes, introducing suitable measures and preventing accidents at work
• raising our staff's safety awareness by regular, internal training
• systematically promoting the topic safety on all executive levels and encouraging every single employee to become involved in a cross-regional organisational structure of specialists and using existing communication platforms
• sustaining and improving our staff's health and satisfaction due to an appropriate work / life balance and other measures
